that is solved today.

The only problem yesterday is about SOPA and PIPA

Join the fight everyone!!!!!!

as i stopped watching tv, if this happens i will stop using internet also. if they dont let us do what we want on the net, then why should i feed them.

@fsxaircanada01 it gets better there's a failsafe if SOPA doesn't pass.

@mofubbles not over yet, there is still the SOPA bill

@emantabrizi Unless you have seen into the future, there is no way for you to know that.

@ilazernerd ... The future costs of not doing anything will be far greater, but hey, as long as we save money in the short term...

@knightofdreamz 1) It is not man made. Humans have not been on this Earth long enough to determine whether their impact is of any significance. 2) You can't stop Earth from doing what it has always done. This included climate change just as you cannot stop an earthquake from occuring or volcano from erupting. 3) I'm all for being more environmentally friendly, but you should not force it upon anyone because going green costs people and business more money and has problems of its own.

@PhilLovesThrash Exactly. So if we know it is coming (man-made or not) then why not prepare or attempt to create more livable events? Why waste our time on issues like this (and abortion, gay marriage, ect. you know, things that are not actual issues when it comes to us as human beings).

@knightofdreamz All we can do is prepare for the results of climate change, we cannot stop it...

@PhilLovesThrash Well, weather patters and climate are two entirely different things. But whatever, even if you do not buy into the man made manufactured warming, its still evident that it is occurring, so why not put the effort into attempting to do something about it? Why spend so much effort on something that may not end up mattering in 30-50 years.

@knightofdreamz Global warming is a fraud, you know. Sure, the weather patterns are changing, but it is nothing to do with us.

It would be nice is the effort to create this video, supports of free internet, ect. would put this much effort into demanding that the government do something about the whole global warming issue.

Now we have Anonymous. You try to hurt the Internet, and Anonymous will be there.

@HeyRuka the goal is that ISPs whuld not control the lives of the users. its only fair that they give every site the same speed.

@HeyRuka I only have one choice when it comes to broadband...ONE!!! I could get dial-up but i dont consider dial-up as competition so there is no Capitalism as far as broadband is concerned they have control of this area so im screwed if they kill net neutrality

So is the goal to end competition between ISPs or to encourage it? I see competition in Capitalism as a good thing, but I'm a bit naive when it comes to...everything.

@halokid7 whats the frequency kenneth by REM

Net neutrality is a principle which advocates no restrictions by Internet service providers or governments on consumers' access to networks that participate in the internet. Specifically, network neutrality would prevent restrictions on content, sites, platforms, the kinds of equipment that may be attached, or the modes of communication. Just because some of the U.S. government support net neutrality, it doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Politics sometimes do good things to distract people.

@jimmybobw "No ISP has done any of this to date?" Comcast is not a ISP? They started the battle?

@jimmybobw Without a neutral net though ALL ISPs would limit services and attach heavy costs to better access... it would be a case of choosing the lesser of two evils rather than the one that doesn't charge you. I'm not saying this to you directly, but in general there appears to be a lot of naivety on the part of the anti-neutrality argument with people saying that ISPs won't all charge and it will allow for hospitals and doctors to get faster net etc when really they'd milk the average user.
