KARATE CHOP POINT!!!

EFT helped me when I was recovering from sexual assault (the anxiety attacks, specifically). It got me off valium (I wasn't addicted, but I was depending on it to help me with my anxiety). Powerful stuff. In concert with meditation and slow breathing, it's powerful stuff.

Is it possible for a person to use EFT ALL BY HIMSELF without external aid?

Thank you so much for this informative video, I have been practicing this for nearly 5 days and already I have experienced astonishing results.

why did this make me cry? great video

Someone recommended EFT and I found this video. I've been obsessing about things all day. Tried the tapping with this video, and with one other. This is the best I've felt all day. Finally able to breathe. Thanks!

I'm the most skeptical person I know. A friend of mine has been using EFT for years and finally convinced me to give it a try... She bought a DVD called The Tapping Solution. I'm still a little weary of the whole energy thing, but I know that it absolutely helped me get rid of stress. Hey, I'll take it !

Thank you, Aila! That was great, simple explanation. Much appreciated - Steve

Have you treated emphysema , my friend is having panic attacks about her ability to do physical things or not to do them if you get my drift. Iain

As a school counselor, I have seen amazing results using EFT with my students, families, and co-workers. My Principal was so impressed that she had me teach it to all 400+ 7th graders at our school this year. It works for subject blocks (I just can't do math...), self-injury, anger, grief, and more. Thanks for helping spread the word, Aila. <3

thank you Aila Iam learning a whole lot from various practitioners!!!! it really works

@tuzzzy it does work . the tapping does work .also if i have a headaches massaging the veins at the side of ur head allieviates that . for me anyway . so the same way power yoga works for me this works too . on a physcial level . no paranormal activity

wow ive had pain in my back for 25 years and have just tried this and well what can i say it works cool im going to carry this on as pain relieve doesnt work any more haveing to take more and more tablets thank you keep up the good work

@clifton492 Gary Craig gives credit to Callahan, from whom he learned TFT. Then, he simplified the method, so it could benefit more people. Everything grows and evolves from what we learned from others.

Looks like a rip off of Thought Field Therapy.

I think it's good because it teaches your body not to react nervously to stimulus

Well thank you Aila, i broke up with my girlfriend and i tried this out and it worked out pretty well i got already feel the negative emotions go softer so i will do this for a while because it just feels funny and good in some way

It really made me release negative emotions and change my mood really fast.

Great talk on the subject. Thanks much. ray

@MegaFred55 Thanks so much for sharing your results! You sent the most valuable holiday gift to me without spending a penny ; ))) Aila

All i can say is this works. Tried it and my anxiety went to 0. Would worry a lot. Then messed with this and my mind went blank Sunday.. Now I am enjoying the ride. Even singing with Christmas songs which I never did enjoy. I was a minor scrooge LOL Keep sharing this please.

My GP recommended this....I will give it a try. Could be a bit like PTSD eye movement therapy I guess.

thank you for this technique.

Learned of this about a year ago; very remarkable; can and does work; I found it especially useful to help in my attempts at neutralizing heavy anxiety issue(s). Thanks for posting.

Must admit i have just read about this on a Social anexity forum and thought it was another 'random quick cure' but i have to say i've just tryed it and it did actully reduce my anexity a bit! I did feel very sick during it tho but that may be just me. Thnaks for the upload ill deff me trying this alot more :D
