@IkilledGaddafi I'm not sure if you heard but we recently rewrote our constitution to state that if a foreigner resides in the United States for 5 years or more, they are eligible to run for President. It was only done however for a brief moment so it's going to be rewritten back to the way it was by the end of next year. :P
